Special Event: On Tuesday evening (March 10th) at 7pm, you will have a wonderful opportunity to take a technical audio tour of Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. The National Air and Space Museum on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. has hundreds of original, historic artifacts on display, including the Wright 1903 Flyer; the Spirit of St. Louis; the Apollo 11 command module Columbia; and a Lunar rock sample that  visitors can touch. The tour will be led by Keith Madden (Technical Director Smithsonian Theaters).  What a great and rare opportunity to be given a private tour of the museum by Keith without the huge crowd that is seen during normal visiting hours.  Keith is not only knowledgeable about the sound system but he has some great stories from working with some pioneers of aviation and space exploration. Click here if you would like to take a virtual tour before the real tour. The Metro subway system will be the best mode of transportation to the Smithsonian. Further details will be given out at the seminar.
