Traveling and Seminar Information for the Sound Reinforcement for Operators (Sept. 22-23rd) and Technicians (September 24-25th) Seminars held in Tampa, FL

Hotel

     The seminar will be held in a meeting room at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center.  It is located at  2701 E. Fowler Ave. Tampa FL 33612.  We have sleeping rooms blocked at the same hotel for $99 per night. If you are later than August 25th in making your reservation, they will honor the $99/room rate only if they have the rooms available.       Clarion Inn is located 16 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA). The Clarion will provide shuttle from the airport to the hotel at the following times 6:15am, 9:45am, 12:15pm, 4:15pm and 7:45pm. They also provide transportation to the airport at 5:30am, 9:00am, 1130am, 3:30pm and 7pm. The average cab fare is $43.50 each way.

      There is complimentary parking and free high speed wireless internet. There are restaurants (TGI, Chili’s, Bennigan, and LoneHorn) within walking distance of the hotel and it is located 2 miles from Busch Gardens.

Seminar Information

      The seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. The meeting room will be open each morning at 8:00 am. We will be providing continental breakfast and lunch each day.

     Your class materials will include course manual, certificate of completion, and one year membership to Syn-Aud-Con. The Technician's class will receive a data CD.


     Dress casual and comfortable.

Billing

      If you have not made your deposit, please do so now.  Your deposit secures your reservation.  We will not bill you.  Payment in full should be received here by September 15th. Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, Visa, MC, or AmExpress.
