Traveling and Seminar Information for the Sound Reinforcement for Operators (August 11-12^th) and Technicians (August 13-14th) Seminars held near Providence, RI

 Hotel

     The seminar will be held at the Johnson & Wales inn.  It is located at 213 Taunton Avenue, Seekonk MA 02771.  We have sleeping rooms blocked at the same hotel for $99 per night. If you are later than July 11th in making your reservation, they will honor the $99 rate only if rooms are available. When you make your reservation, refer to the reservation under Synergetic Audio Concepts to get the special rate. Please call 508-336-8700 to make sleeping room reservations.

      Johnson and Wales is located 15 miles from T.F. Green Airport. The hotel will provide complimentary shuttle with advanced noticed (please call in advance or at the airport to schedule a pickup).  Average cab fare is $25-$30 each way.  Johnson and Wales also provides complimentary parking and free high speed wireless internet. 

Seminar Information

     The seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. The meeting room will be open each morning at 8:00 am. The hotel provides a complimentary continental breakfast for the ones who are staying at the hotel. We will be providing beverage service and lunch each day.

     Your class materials will include course manual, certificate of completion, and one year membership to Syn-Aud-Con. The Technician's class will receive a data CD.

     Dress casual and comfortable. 

Billing 

      If you have not made your deposit, please do so now.  Your deposit secures your reservation.  We will not bill you.  Payment in full should be received here by August 4th. Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, Visa, MC, or AmExpress.
