Traveling and Seminar Information for the Sound Reinforcement for Designers

Hotel

     The seminar will be held in a meeting room at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites.  It is located at 1600 South Country Club Drive, Mesa AZ 85210.  We have sleeping rooms blocked at the same hotel for $109 per night. If you are later than September 21st in making your reservation, they will honor the $109/room rate only if they have the rooms available. When you make your reservation, refer to the reservation under Synergetic Audio Concepts to get the special rate.   

     Holiday Inn is located 10 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX). Super Shuttle (800-Bluevan) rates to and from the airport is approximately $15 each way. Taxi fare is around $35 each way. Holiday Inn provides complimentary parking and free high speed wireless internet.  There are several restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel.

Seminar Information

      The seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday.  The meeting room will be open each morning at 8:00 am with a continental breakfast. We will be providing lunch each day.

     You will need your computer loaded with the required software. Each attendee will be provided with an electrical outlet for their computer. Your class materials will include course manual, data CD, certificate of completion, and one year membership to Syn-Aud-Con.

     Dress casual and comfortable.

Billing

     If you have not made your deposit, please do so now.  Your deposit secures your reservation.  We will not bill you.  Payment in full should be received here by October 6th. Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, Visa, MC, or AmExpress.
