Traveling and Seminar Information for the Core Principles of Audio (February 23-24th) and Sound Reinforcement for Technicians (February 25-26th) Seminars held in Oklahoma City, OK

The seminar will be held in a meeting room at the Clarion Meridian Hotel & Convention Center. It is located at 737 S Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73108. We have sleeping rooms blocked at the same hotel for $74 per night. If you are later than January 22nd in making your reservation, they will honor the $74/room rate only if they have the rooms available. Please call 405.942.8511 and refer to Synergetic Audio Concepts to make sleeping room reservations. The $74 rate may not be available with the on-line reservations.

The Clarion is located 4.5 miles from Will Rogers World Airport. The Clarion offers several amenities -free airport shuttle transportation - there is a courtesy phone in baggage claim, complimentary parking, free high speed wireless internet, and a complimentary breakfast. There are several restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

The seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. The meeting room will be open each morning at 8:00 am. We will be providing beverage service and lunch each day.

Your class materials will include course manual, the Audio Click Rule CD, certificate of completion, and one year membership to Syn-Aud-Con.

Special Event: On Monday evening (Feb. 23rd) at 7pm, you will have a wonderful opportunity to take a technical audio tour of Civic Center Music Hall in downtown Oklahoma City. The Civic Center Music Hall is home to three performing arts theatres, and two elegant reception sites. The tour will be led by Jim Brown (who works at the Civic Center) and Jim Ford from Ford AV (installing contractor). This will be an another great learning opportunity and a wonderful time for some "Synergy".
