 Hotel

The seminar will be held in a meeting room at the Arte Hotel & Suites. (This hotel was recently called Holiday Inn/Brentwood) It is located at I-65 and 760 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood TN 37027.  We have sleeping rooms blocked at the same hotel for $109 per night. If you are later than October 27th in making your reservation, they will honor the $109/room rate only if they have the rooms available.       Arte Hotel & Suites is located 15 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA). Arte Hotel offers free airport shuttle transportation. They also provide complimentary parking and free high speed wireless internet. There is restaurants and shopping within walking distance of the hotel. 

I just received word that the Holiday Inn no longer has sleeping rooms available.  They may become available closer to the date as people cancel their reservations.  Another option is to stay at the Comfort Inn located about a 1/4 mile from the Holiday Inn and on the same side of the road so walking would be fairly easy. The sleeping room rate is $79 for 2 queen beds or $89 for a King suite. Seminar Information

     The seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm Monday - Thursday. The meeting room will be open each morning at 8:00 am. We will be providing beverage service and lunch each day.

     Your class materials will include course manual, certificate of completion, and one year membership to Syn-Aud-Con. The Technician's class will receive a data CD.

     Dress casual and comfortable.

Billing

      If you have not made your deposit, please do so now.  Your deposit secures your reservation.  We will not bill you.  Payment in full should be received here by November 11th. Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, Visa, MC, or AmExpress.
