Traveling and Seminar Information for the Syn-Aud-Con Digital held in Los Angeles, CA 

Hotel 

    The seminar will be held in a meeting room at the Church of the Living Word.  It is located at 8855 Haskell Ave., North Hills, CA 91343.  The phone number is 818.891.8868.  We have sleeping rooms blocked at a nearby hotel called the Airtel Plaza Hotel. It is located at 7277 Valjean Ave. Van Nuys, CA 91406 for $109 per night. If you are later than October 5th in making your reservation, they will honor the $109/room rate only if they have the rooms available. When you make your reservation, refer to the reservation under Synergetic Audio Concepts to get the special rate. To make sleeping room reservations, please call 800.224.7835. Airtel provides free high speed wireless internet. Parking is $10 per day.

     Airtel Plaza is located 10 miles from Burbank Airport and 20 miles from Los Angeles International. The FlyAway Bus, located only 3 blocks from the hotel (Airtel will provide shuttle to FlyAway Bus), provides round trip transportation to and from LAX airport for $8 per person.  Primetime shuttle provides transportation to Burbank Airport for approximately $27.

     Airtel is located 2 miles from Church of the Living Word. You are welcome to drive as the church has ample parking.  For the ones who do not have a car, we will provide transportation to the church.  

Seminar Information 

      The seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm Monday - Wednesday.  The meeting room will be open each morning at 8:00 am with a continental breakfast. We will be providing lunch each day.

     Your class materials will include course manual, data CD, certificate of completion, and one year membership to Syn-Aud-Con.  

     A computer is required if you would like to participate in the exercises on Wednesday. Each attendee will be provided with an electrical outlet for their computer. Please bring headsets or ear buds for the listening demos.

Dress casual and comfortable.  

Billing 

     If you have not made your deposit, please do so now.  Your deposit secures your reservation.  We will not bill you.  Payment in full should be received here by October 13th. Acceptable forms of payment are check, money order, Visa, MC, or AmExpress.
